This project is a high-quality residential community developed by China Overseas Land & Investment (COLI) in Nanning. The development includes multiple high-rise residential buildings, community facilities, and a central landscaped garden.
After construction began, the project progressed through a series of key stages, including foundation and excavation works, rebar installation, structural concrete works, and main building construction. Tower cranes and construction equipment operated in an organized manner on site, while standardized site management practices were implemented throughout the project to ensure construction quality, workplace safety, and schedule control.
The project adopted established construction methods and maintained strict standards throughout the structural works. During the main construction phase, external scaffolding and safety protection systems were installed in accordance with safety requirements, with comprehensive measures in place to ensure safe and efficient construction.
After the main structures were completed, landscape development was carried out alongside the building works. The community features a large central lawn, landscaped walkways, and multi-level green spaces.
Upon completion, the buildings are arranged in an orderly layout, complemented by well-planned landscaping and community facilities, creating a modern, comfortable, and well-equipped residential environment.
